Re: Refurbished?
Geetings:
If you are using a CDMA Sprint provider, enter your dialer the following:

There you will find the answer to your question. IMPORTANT: On the right hand side of the menue soft-key options is the option to "reset". Do not do this unless (a) your phone is malfunctioning; and (b) you have been so instructed by a representative from your provider's technical support department; or (c) you also have your phone specific unlock code, password access code, and other higher level pass-codes. (d) You have kept track of your ESN, MDN, MSID, and other important access numbers and can readily re-enter them into your device. OTHERWISE, these settings will be wiped clean and you will have to call technical support to obtain them to restore your devices network functionality. Finally, doing so does a hard-reset of the phone and you will ALSO lose anything you have stored on the RAM and the ROM.
This is provided merely as a courtesy and comes with all the standard disclosures, admonishments, and disclaimers of liability. Put simply, it's FYI--that's all.
Good luck to you,
