drive TOUCH pro ???

hello im new i need help. i got a touch pro from sprint and im trying to flash but when i connect to pc with diag mode on my pc cant frind drivers. where can i get these drivers please hellp . thankyou soo much

If you have winXP or lower you need active sync...
If you have Vista you need to install Windows Mobile Device Center...

Both should have drivers for your system.

wel i have vista and the phone is recognized fine when in normal modes. but when i enter diag mode on the fone it says it cant find drivers for it and i dnt know where to find them at i need them so i can flash it.

your computer wont recoginze your touch pro when your in bootloader mode [tri-colored screen]. You can still flash though! That is the easiest way to do it, put your phone in bootloader, run the Rom Update Utility, and flash away!

waite im confused ok. umm im trying to flash a metro prl to it how can i do it if the computer cant find the driver . i am in diag mode bye dialing ##3424#. please help thankyou

oh sorry man i thought you were flashing a rom. im not sure if you can flash a prl when in diag mode. did you try when you wernt in diag mode?
Ive never flashed a prl i have verizon so its completly different

umm i dont think that would let me flash a prl. do you think somwere here has teh diag mode driver

First try to update the prl without going into diagnostics mode.
could you please post a link for the tutorial, or post the prl since i have never updated my prl i dont know what to expect

it all done on your phone, you dont need the computer

put the prl on your storage card and then do ##778# , enter your msl (unlock code), then tap more info at the bottom left, you will see prl, from there you should see edit prl or something like that and you should be able to browse for the prl on your storage card
