IDK, i have 3 monitors here at work, 2 CRT's and a newer dell LCD and neither have RCA inputs.

Ok, well i would use a tv or comp. monitor whatever would work. I just didn't know if hooking it up would give me the ability to see a larger screen of say opera or word. Or if it was locked down to using windows media or other 3rd party video players.

Yes, it will display almost whatever you see on your TP. I know Sprint Tv sometimes will show an all black screen. I use it to play movies, stream cable with Slingbox, And for navigation, most of the time to my in-dash display of my car.
