wow, was planning to get this used on ebay, sounds like a big mistake since I won't have warranty with it. If you had to get something w/o warranty, what would you get? treo pro, htc snap? I heard the pre has problems too.

5th since December. Will convince them to give me a TP2 as a warranty replacement.

Around 8-9 months and I'm on my 2nd still. My first ended up with the keyboard going out.
I'm expecting the TP2 to have a problem so that we will have to upgrade again once the next phone comes out.
