Yeah, One is coming from telesales and one is coming from advanced exchange.

Anyone remember if the boxes say telesales or advanced exchange on them? I know the weight of a NIB phone is about 3lbs or so. What is the weight on a refurb? It would be my luck to refuse the wrong one. LOL

Ninja, keep it simple lady. just open em up and chose and ask for enveloppee to send back if u must...living in the mountain isnt keeping it simple for ya i see:mrgreen:

Is the AE website not working for anyone else? I enter in my info, then it says I should go to a sprint store for more assistance.
