Hmmm. It says Satellite Used: 0 Satellite Fixed: 0.

Update: I found a thread that said you should change the setting in the Tool to Cold Start. When I did that, my phone went into a colorful spinning wheel, which won't stop. Waiting for the battery to die (which should probably be only 10 min from now )

you have to set the com to 4 baud to 4800 the under functions select cold start and stress on then click on open port at the top.

Okay, I started over, followed this *exactly* and still get no satellites

how long are you letting it run? also do you have the GPS turned on instead of 911 only?

I'm inside the office building I work in downtown, 22nd floor...the phone is sitting on the ledge next to a big glass window. It worked inside my 2nd floor apt, so I assumed that being at the top of a big building with big windows wouldn't be an issue?

go up on the roof if you can. office buildings and apartment buildings are totally different construction. even the glass is different. if you cant go to the roof try a city park.
