Please, I'm beggin, explain what I'm doing wrong

i have the diamond but my wife has the pro and babies all of her phones but she went through 3 tp's before getting one that has lasted more than 2 weeks. Problems were, 1st-no-wifi or bluetooth, 2nd, keyboard stopped working, 3rd the casing was cracked right out of the box even though it was new not refurb.

I have this TP I bought off eBay for a little more than a month, no problems at all. I haven't let it hit the ground yet, but someday that will happen.
