the cab didnt work i installed n it was succesful but it said it may not work properly because its for a previous wm n i still have the same problem

it the phone has been flashed once then it should already be unlocked. just find a rom and try to flash it.

Try launching EPST from the Windows directory, it's the same thing that launches when you dial ##778#

It would be in the windows directory on your phone, it isnt something you would run from your computer

oki i got it to launch n itz tha same as ##778# wich is good but i need ##000000# to work so i can enter my nam 1 and mdn n all that idk if u can do it from espt if so then how

It's all in there, just look through the available tabs by pressing the View info button on the bottom left.
