My HTC touch pro wont let me program it
 

i have a htc touch pro from sprint its flashed to metro pcs but wen i tried to program it by dialing ##000000# it wont work it worked for my htc diamond from sprint that was flashed to metro i dont know watz wrong can somebody help
and also wen i connect it to my laptop wich is windows vista my windows mobile device mmanager wont connect to it idk how to set it up

do u have your real MSL? or have you just been using six 0's?

i called metro n they told me to enter ##3424# tht didnt work then they told me to enter ##000000# and that wont work no ##number# WILL WORK

##778# is what u need to dial... and 000000 is the password

as for syncing it with your comp..delete the active sync from the computer and then reinstall it

where can i download windows mobile device beside microsft cause it dont work and the ##778# dont work

my touch pro is flashed to metro as well and ##778# works for me... just google active sync and you'll find several places to download it

try ##778 if that does not work i have a cab that might help.

still dont work my fone is flashed to metro n it says metro pcs on top
