Dude, i had the same prob with my old 4GB and fussed with it for days ,tried the panasonic app, tried formatting, used pocket mechanic, put tape on that biatch as some had success with that to no avail. Taking the card out before process of writing/reading is finish is definitely a killer. I ended up getting a free replacement . I certainly hope u get it to work but you may wana start the process of getting a replacment. Sandisk was col bout it.

dont worry bout Amazon, what kind of card is it? deal with manufacturer ,most likely you ll be ok. I believe the card is fried and hope am wrong. I tried for couple weeks to revive mine, that thing was dead.

ok, just get on Sandisk site and start replacement process. if you need details pm me I ll be happy to help.IF I remember correctly i had to create a user name and ship the SD ot to them. I got a new one withoin may be two weeks
