I think you should try to use the phone for a few days on the stock ROM or flash to another ROM besides MR5. This will help you determine if it is a hardware issue or a ROM issue. Best of luck. I have no issues with Juicy 8 and I am on a TP from Sprint.

lol that kept happening to me...all custom roms broke my keyboard(a couple times i didnt install anything to make sure it wasnt something i install & it still happend) and when i went to stock then it wanted to work...if u take it in they will say since they cant replicate the problem then there is nothing they can do, im not sure y it does this, but mine finally stopped working while on stock this morning & i took it in & they are sending me another 1, i would say use a stock rom for a couple days & hope it breaks then so u can take it in

went to sprint today and they claimed to have fixed the keyboard but i put up a bit of a fight and said i wanted a new phone ordered for me. it should be here in a few days.
oh and the "fixed" keyboard went back to not working by the time i got back home... |
