without using appstars program, the cpr files will need to be edited on your computer. but yes you can do that, then import the registry files.

How do you run appstars program. I extract to a folder and I get nothing when I double click it.

read his thread carefully. the program and his setup.dll need to be in your cab, along with a .plg file you make. the plg file contains the info that will be injected into the cpr files for your specified resolutions. this is what the .exe file does when it is executed by the cab during install.

Ok. I have been trying o do this myself. No luck. I am not sure what a plg file is or how to write one. I am attaching the registry files to see if you can help with this. I also attached the chome file which includs the cpr and xml files. Thanks for the help.

I am also trying to create the SDconfig.txt you recommended, but I was looking at the example on the site you gave me. everything is self explanitory except the xml file that is listed in the example text, do I need to change that and the to what would I change it to. and do I need to add anything else except this file to get ti to auto run. I have the cabs folder on my storage card and I put the text file on the main page of the card.(root) That is correct.
