Downloaded a new rom to device. After it downloaded all it has on the bottom is left side

I have tried multiple hard resets. Tried to reflash redownloaded and tried to flash again to now avail. What are my next options? Please help and thank you.

My phone won't go into boot mode. It also will not make an active sync. Does this matter??

I am downloading this onto my computer now. Does my phone have to make a connection to the mobile device center? As of right now I am at the screen where it look like it is going to boot but it never goes past that?

Yo, you need to manually go to the boot loader screen. Press the power button, the volume down button and the reset button all at once. And hold it until you get the tricolor screen. Then plug into your usb cable and run the file that was in the link that Razorloves provided. This should get you back to your stock ROM. After getting your phone to work again, make sure you UNLOCK it, then you can try flashing a new ROM to it. What ROM did you try to use to begin with? You should try downloading the ROM again cuz the one you're using might have gotten damaged when you downloaded it (happens all the time), which could be causing your problem.

Dude, slow down. Go back and read the previous post where you are told exactly how to enter the boot loader manually.

To get to boot loader screen, hold power, volume down and reset button until the tricolor boot loader screen pops up.

I think he might have been confused as to what the tricolor screen was, as in he didn't realize that its the boot loader screen. Thanks tho!
