Error message 9230- could use some advice

this is my problem. each time i attempt to send a text via the quick respond im window i get this. if i send a text threw the contacts list(traditional texting window) it works and shows up in the quick window.

i seem to only get this error with several people in my contact list, the rest i can quick respond too all day long and never have a problem.

Phone: Htc touch pro(sprint)
Provider: sprint
OS: 6.1
Rom: Mightyrom 4.16

ive had these issues even before putting mightyrom on so im fairly sure it has absoluetly nothing to do with it.

i have deleted and readded contacts with no success
the problem occures regardless of the persons carrier im sending too

i thinks thats just about as much info as i can provide, i didnt find any really usefull results in a search so im assuming this isint all to common of a problem.

any help is greately appreciated
