4th replacement on the way

I went through 2 before I got one that is good. My first had a major battery issue. Charge it while off overnight, turn it on and turn off the screen, come back in 45 minutes, and 3/4 of the battery was gone!! Went to store while in Myrtle Beach and got a new one, I had only had the first on for 13 days or so. The new one was great until one day at church I decided to remove the clear sticker on the side of the keyboard. The chrome was cracked straight down!! I was mad, after church I called Sprint. They said since it was 37, I could not get another new one. I stay on the line until they offered me a new one in store. I went to the store and got a new one, inspected by the MANAGER and me. They also gave me everything in the box for my problems. As of now, I have no issues. I nano wax it to keep it looking new. Battery last almost all day with moderate use.

I am also on my 8th one. I went through 4 moguls. Sprint tried to give me a Pre for a trade. PASS!!. I made them note my account. My touch pro 2 will be free when it is released. Now to get a real release date.

Touch pro 2 uses an older cpu, no voice command, no magnetic stylus, no flash for cam, no dpad, bad battery life, can scratch screen when listening to music due to laying it face down, it is a brick of a phone. Good luck visit

What are you people doing to your phones, I've had mine for months with no problems and mine was second hand as well. Are you using it nonstop or like throwing them at walls or something?

The replacements are junk, its not what we are doing, its what sprint is not doing when refurbing them. check this out, pictures and all. never even activated any of these replacements.

I'm on my second one and still having problems. I'm going to call them in a bit, yell at them and ask them for credit. I'm tired of EVERY ticket they make is getting deleted.

I find it funny that they say NO ONE has had a replacemeant or a problem with the HTC Touch Pro. Unless they meant for a brand new replacemeant, which is still bull****.

This is my second replacemeant and it's BRAND NEW. I'm not sure, but my little D-PAD area thing is. By the home key, right above it, it sits taller then the Tocuh Screen. The right hand side by the back key it's flush, but it slides up and down. Is this normal?

Normal, some are worse than others.

I'm on my 5th TP, due to go on to my 6th here pretty soon. The keyboard is acting up on this one after about a month and a half. I squeezed the **** out of it a few days ago after the keyboard stopped working and all has been well since.

Im on my 6th or 7th now and now my current Touch Pro has a split in the crome right under the zoom wheel. separated so I already know my phone is about to go. What should I do?

I'm sorry you feel that way. But if you think the Icrap, er, Iphone is better, you are sadley mistaken and dissallusioned beyond hope!

Every major carrier carries the TP and/or Diamond so it's not the carriers fault. If you want to blame someone, blame HTC for shabby phones that should have never left the manufacturing facility in such condition.
