I'm on my third one. The first one suffered the same problem as Rourke Swift's. The screen just went completely haywire. The replacement may have been a refurb but it did work perfectly....my only gripe being the screen didn't seen as bright as the first one.
I got my third because I partied too hard during my B-Day in March and broke the phone. I had to pay the insurance deductable but I got a NIB. That TP has been working very well since.

i got to go in now and have the phone inspected. Maybe I'll do it tomorrow. I got a trip to go on at the end of the month. I hope this new one will last the month I'll be gone.. I guess I have to take off the screen protector and body kit strips. So much for that investment -_-

im currently on my 3rd....the first one would no respond to buttons or screen pushes and the second one the face buttons would not respond half the time...im on my third and this one i need to take back because the screen on the right side is coming up....

On my first one still,actually I'm typing on my pre, anyways I haven't had any issues with my TP. I do about fifty emails and over one hundered texts average a day and no problems with keyboard. No issues with screen at all.
