Signal logger

Looking for some program that can tell me if there is a cell phone jammer nearby. It seem lately my signal goes to crap at 7am every morning at work.

I would like to do a walk around and track the bugger down and kill it.

I will be working google a bit more but if anyone got a solution tucked away please fire it off to me!
