that is very strange that verizon works and sprint doesn't. if it were a jammer it should jam all signals @ that frequency. the only thing I can think of is maybe a bad airrave nearby.
are there businesses around or is it a residential neighborhood? if there's businesses around it could just be tower overload. I'd have everyone effected call, the more customers affected, the more likely they'll look into it.
