My TP is falling apart, but it hasn't been physically abused!

I've contacted eCare and they acknowledged the phone is defective, and have agreed to credit the asurion deduction fee to my account!

But I'll give a local sprint repair center a ring and see if they'll just swap a new one out for me first

Yeah try to get it through Sprint as Asurion will drop you if you have 3 replacements in a year (Of course you probably won't need 2 more replacements, but you never know)
