I know you could use QPST to copy a PRL file onto a phone, have you tried using that on a phone you already have to get it off?

just launched qpst, but i don't think i have htc windows driver. using a laptop, no cdrom drive and phone came as just a phone and general mini usb car charger i found thru craigslist. drove 2 hr out of town to get this phone from a retailer that sells phones hacked for cricket. tried to flash rom i posted (old dcd nbh file) and it had titan re-locker in it so backed down. Started this flash joke thursday, need phone for work friday. and it's saturday now. If someone had a rom that used cricket for a server posted that would put the cricket pri and prl on phone that would help. phone was (still is) unlocked, but my msl is no longer six-0 I know it's sprints pri, been thru this on titan. not an eazy fix like the titan cus i can't seem to find an OLD rom with cricket pri on it to fix for the tp.

 ive flashed a sprint apache, sprint titan, sprint tp all to cricket and all i ever needed was MSL, PRL, hardSPL, RUU and a rom. so what are you talking about with this "pri" ? Quote:

last year when sprints update rom 3.56 for titan came out. flash that rom to get radio for gps. don't let rom do setup after 3 sec, reset phone and then flash rom for cricket, black pill. it was to get everything working. if you let it do it's thing and reset, sprint 2.04 pri would be on phone and couldn't be removed. well i let it reset on got the pri on there. but and old 1.17 dcd rom (iirc) had what pri i needed to get crickets pri 1.24 at that time.
start/setting/system/deviceinfo. the one under prl is pri. pri is carrier, with out it being the one for YOUR carrier, it don't work.

why would you flash tp with another devices rom ??
 i use a rom i cooked for carrier "bell" (?) since cricket was not an option in the kitchen.. set it up for cricket after the flash. pri says 1.47_003 which is not a number youve mentioned.. ? Quote:

yeah same here. i joined ppcgeeks like a couple months ago i think and i have learned more than ever on here than i did on xda and hofo. i also wanted to add. your topic is misleading. i thought you actually lost your phone. i was gonna suggest some gps tracking app but since you still hav your phone i wont hehe. i have to search for it anyways. :P

I just unlocked a phone for cricket and got everything set up and working using http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1507276. When i used QPST the only driver or file it couldn't find by accessing the internet was qcmdmxp.sys which you can get here. http://www.mobile-files.com/forum/sh...ht=qcmdmxp.sys qpst should let you copy a cricket prl to your phone. Have you tried dialing *228 and letting your phone update through cricket?
There is another write up on how to use QPST around here but i don't have time to search for it right now. There is a cricket rom with WAP settings already in it, but you have to upload a new PRL through EPST/PST.. Not sure if i am being helpful or not because i'm also confused about you saying Pri?? What PRI is on the phone currently? (What version number)
PRI shouldn't matter at all. I was using a Sprint Touch Pro on Verizon WITH a Sprint PRI in it. I just had to use a custom PRL file to get red of the roaming triangle. If you look at the instructions for taking a Sprint Touch Pro and putting it on Cricket, there isn't anything about changing your PRI in there. So long as everything else is set correctly it should work. I would go ahead and push through the instructions for flashing and configuring a Sprint Touch Pro on Crickets network. That will get you around having the wrong PRI. Sorry guys, work put me on grave yard shift, haven't done it in 15 years. trouble adjusting, haven't had time to go online much.
After letting it set for a day or so, i started with all the evdo prl's getting nowhere with *228, still not working, finaly i used a 1x prl 01041 and *228 took. And it fixed all problems except energy 3.0 splash while using 4.50 rom out for cricket. Have build os, but cant get it to flash, doesnt detect phone. active sync does, and i can flash a rom, but not os. havent figured out how to use my kitchen to build a rom, and haven't had any luck with any 6.5 rom that is stable on my phone, either all works but web browser, or it freezes up after closing an app. even tried probex theme, didn't work like the images showed, just highlighted everything blue.
