Sprint TP Very Slow on any ROM (and battery drain)

Hey all, thanks for all your help, honestly! I went into BB and they just swapped the phone out, almost no questions (i kinda have friends there, but i dont think it was special treatment), anyway now to unlock and cook one rom and one rom only...hmm, just gotta think, which one, EnergyROM any good?
