Or, delete the connection, set it up again (name: Sprint PCS, dial #777) and when it prompts you for the user name and password, leave it blank. Next time you connect to the internet for the first time it will prompt you with the user name and password screen, don't enter anything and click the check box to save the entry. you will not be prompted again.
From a Sprint employee, this is the right fix.

Okay well that sucks. Yours is working and mine still isn't working. Now I am a noob with this particular area so can someone help me out?

I went to Manage Existing Connections and I deleted the Sprint connection. Then I went to create a new one and used the name Sprint PCS, but it wouldn't let me go any further because it said that name was already being used. But I thought I deleted it.

What happens exactly when I click for the Sprint connection to connect, a pop up pops up saying:

Dialed: +0 #777
Dialed from: Mobile
----------------------

The answering modem has disconnected. To check your connection settings and change them if neeed, tap Settings

Any idea on how I can get my internet up and running? Nothing works that involves some sort of online connection. I can't connect with GPS or anything. All I can do is make calls.

Someone please help me!!.....unless this is truly a Sprint issue. I just figured since his was up and running, maybe something is wrong on my end.
