ok it might be cause you have leftovers from the uninstall...yea the s2u is alittle buggy...and that might of started your problem

you might be looking at a hardreset....and starting over...just save your contacts...pimbackup..etc..

do you have gyrator2 installed? if so make sure that it doesnt have any options to answer when the phone is upright and or stylus absent

I do have gyrator installed however I've had it for a long time and my phone never used to do this.

I did check gyrator and that's what it was. For some reason another event was added to pick up the call when the phone was upright. I don't know how but anyways it's solved without having to hard reset my phone. thanks, very much appreciated.
