I'm on my 3rd phone. I've gotten all new ones in the box. Sprint hasn't given me grief yet, but hopefully this one lasts...

Wow is anyone here actually using their original phone? I think we should start a poll I'd like to know the percentages I'd say its atleast 60/40 (60 w/replacements) and thats being generous I think.

Well im kinda pissed off atm ~ jsut got off the phone with sprint ... they tell me i have to use my insurance to get a replacement ........ i mean ive only had the phone since feb. ( this is my 2nd ) the slide out keyboard is really loose . the center of the screens how what looks like broken crystals under the screen . int he center is about 30 % responsive . i should have to pay out 140 for another phone anyone able to offer some help

#4 for me. Sprint has always replaced them no questions asked. Try looking for a repair center near you instead of a sales office. They use the term repair loosely. Normally they just give me a new phone. They did replace a cracked screen once though.

Im on my 3rd one. My Store will fix if possible as I have already had one have a screen replaced. 2nd was for a busted camera, 3rd for hte rainbow looking smudge. I also have tep/ins not sure if that matters or if its just the store I go to

I would say unless you have to have a new one and refuse to have a refurb then call technical support and they will prob send you a refurb. Although lots of people here have said they are still getting new ones in box. I don't really want to drive to a store either, but I dont feel safe getting a refurb and mine is only two weeks old, so they better give me a brand spankin new one. But like I said I think they will give you a refurb free of charge, I know I had 3 blackberry refurbs almost a year after I bought it and all three were sent within 3 months.

Oh and when in doubt call the retention department, they will usually work with you pretty well. And if you need a managers direct number in retentions, PM me I got the guys number who has helped me out a couple times. Good Luck
