Missing calls, late texts, HELP

OK so here's the deal.....

After a two month battle with Sprint, and three new blackberrys due to missing calls and recieving late texts they finally agree to send me the Touch Pro to try to fix the problem.

So, you guessed it, didn't fix my problem at all. So I decided to take the matter into my own hands and try to take care of it. What I have done so far...

Changed my slot cycle and priority, didnt work.

So I read that maybe the constant data connection could be effecting it, so I did the disable data after one minute fix, no dice.

I also read that texts and phone run off of 1x, and my phone is constantly in evdo(full signal may I add, and steady too) so if I do the edit to make it only 1x all the time would that work? If so how do I do that?

Other than that what options do I have, I just dont get it, I have friends with sprint with other phones in my area and they work fine. But it has done this now on four blackberry curves and the touch pro. Ideas?

I've read about to Airwave for the house, does that work, and is it worth the hassle? And if it does what are the odds I can get it for free and pay no monthly on it? If I cant I may just switch providers.

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this and fix this problem for me so I dont have to deal with Sprint customer service anymore. Thanks
