Stuck at TouchPro Bootloader

If you are trying to enter bootloader mode hold down the power button and volume down button, then press reset. Continue holding power and vol down buttons until tricolor bootloader screen appears.

To hard reset, hold down the vol down and enter button, then press reset. Contining holding the vol down and enter button until a screen comes up warning you that you are erasing everything.

my touch pro is having the same problem stuck on opening screen which shows the touch pro name and version 615010 ROM in red letters at the bottom i tried to flash the rom again but the problem is my computer wont recognise my phone connection through usb port i get a error[206] : connection when try to flash again any ideas how to fix
