If you are trying to enter bootloader mode hold down the power button and volume down button, then press reset. Continue holding power and vol down buttons until tricolor bootloader screen appears.
To hard reset, hold down the vol down and enter button, then press reset. Contining holding the vol down and enter button until a screen comes up warning you that you are erasing everything.
