Re: [4-24] nueDynamicClock 1.2 - tons more features, hopefully less bugs
Uninstall troubles...
I'm trying to rerun the EXE to uninstall - upon the first run, I'm told that some services were cleaned up and that I need to restart and rerun the EXE to complete the uninstall.. After the restart, when I run the EXE, I'm told that the app was successfully INSTALLED... Not uninstalled. Sure enough, the Processor control panel applet is still there (after the first restart, as well as the second). How do I uninstall this? ----------------------- Uninstalled properly (haven't confirmed service removal, but control panel app is now gone): 1 - Run EXE installer, restart when prompted (regarding cleanup of services) 2 - When restarted, use Control Panel to uninstall INSTEAD OF EXE |
Re: [4-24] nueDynamicClock 1.2 - tons more features, hopefully less bugs
I run v1.0 of the program at the following settings:
Default to: 528 Mhz After Idle :256Mhz - 5000 ms Backlight off:19.2Mhz Suspend:19.2Mhz Everything works pretty perfectly, except for MAYBE incalltweak which uses the g sensor during a phone call to determine whether the screen is on or speakerphone is switched on. The only problem I have had with that is that its a tiny bit slower coming back from backlight off. I have noticed HUGE battery savings with these settings, as well as the EVDO disable after 1 min tweak. |

Thanks just to confirm though do these settings stay on the 1.0 version after a soft reset?

Just to take a pulse - what are you setting the CPU to play it nice with S2U2 ? I went with the 512 / 256/ 81 / 19 (approx) and S2U2 is pretty darn sluggish to show me anything on incoming call.
P.S. : I changed the last one (Suspend) speed to 256 and S2U2 seems fine... |
Re: [4-24] nueDynamicClock 1.2 - tons more features, hopefully less bugs
with this app i am not able to change clock speed.
i tested nueclockcontrol and it worked for me. why doesn't nuedynamicclock not change the speed automatically?? my device is a htc touch pro gsm with stock rom. |
Re: [4-24] nueDynamicClock 1.2 - tons more features, hopefully less bugs
Sprint Touch Pro here. Installed the app fine. Got it to change the clock speed. But push e-mail response slowed down, ringing slowed way down. It seems like it should be putting the CPU back at 528MHz but it keeps it slow, even after the phone wakes up. I could probably live with the slow push e-mail but the ring delay is not going to work. The second a call comes in (ring flashes) it should put the CPU back to 528MHz so it can wake up asap.

Tried this and it brought my keyboard input speed to a turtle speed... Had me scratching my head for days trying to figure out what i did to cause that lol. Will try again on next release.
