Thanks for the input fellow geeks... the screen is being weird now and going blank. i am going to try to take it to a store and see if they can switch if out if not i am going to try the manufacturer warranty.

Just updating. My ribbon cable from the keyboard to the screen got damaged that was the cause of my issues. I took it to a local place and got it fixed, woot woot! =]
