If you have a cdma Raphael A.K.A Touch Pro if it does not say CMONEX in the bootloader Tri color screen it is NOT UNLOCKED. They all say security unlocked when in the bootloader. That just means u can flash a Sighned rom but not a custom unsighned one. Also If you did not read the how to unlock your touch pro thread and download the unlocker and run it You won't be able to flash anything other then the Sighned updates that your Carrier puts on HTC's website.

just because it says security unlocked doesnt mean it is
if it says .3x cmonex then it really is you have to run the unlocker to truely unlock the phone with .37 for sprint and .35 for verizon
