well what they to me when i asked them for a battery they took my old one back to them and gave me a new one, that was on my vogue and diamond....

talk to them, i know some people on phones store they just dont care, but be nice to them, i almost got banned from the local sprint store in my area, so go to different every now and them...

yeah im gonna go to both and see what they can do
ive had my phone since december and my battery should at least last me a day

well since i have owned a lot of phones especially sprint, i used to go there and swap phone, then complaint for the service, last oct i came to pay my bill like always they told i had a credit for $120 a week after they send me a text to pay my bill, ok i went back they keep telling me a still have a credit for 120 a week after that they cancel my service again cameback to the same guy he told me NOOOOOUP you dont have any credit and you have to pay it now and i was like flitch you told me that i had a credit, so they didn't honor there mistake so i started cursing and jumping i just lost it there.... but i still had it to pay it so everytime i go there they look at me like this dude again

damn sprint and their mistakes! i hear about this one a lot. luckily we havent had any trouble or i wouldnt be allowed in the vzw store afterward
ive gone through so many phones lately they have been very cool!
they let me swap my dare for the storm 3 months after i bought it, and then i ended up not liking it so i sold it and got the touch pro!
