Yes I am. Actually Ive downloaded it, and saved it to at least 4 different locations and unziped the file. But whenever i click on it after the unzipping, I get the application error

Ok now i think it has something with the "Athena Wrapper" software because i tried to run the SPL unlocker program and i got the same application error
