It is not a mod you have to do it yourself there are atleast two easy ways both include taking apart your phone so be carefull but you can either color the buttons(in the inside) or you can replace the led's.

On page 6 there is a link on how to take it apart, it looks so confusing and I only want to color the L.E.D. so what do I have to do to get to them
