If you really wanted to test if it is for sure relocked, couldn't you just try to flash the stock rom on it again from active sync which would not work if it is locked and would not cause any issues?

From what I've read, all Touch Pro's will say 'Security Unlocked'. If you read on the unlocking forum here...

And, to quote cmonex in the unlocking post that is linked...

"7) to confirm you got it installed, go into bootloader mode (tricolour screen!) and verify the screen shows 0.35.CMONEX or 0.37.CMONEX (or 0.25.CMONEX MFG)."...

meaning, whether or not your device says 'security unlocked', as long as it doesn't say the above numbers/name, then you have nothing to worry about, from my understanding. Just like the guy below said.
