need urgent help

hey
i have to return my touch pro to sprint since they are sending me a new one
i installed the stock rom back on and then did the relocker.
when i go to my tri color screen it shows on the top it says security is unlocked.
How can i fix this.
I relocked it but how come it shoes security unlocked.
I dont want there to be an issue when i send this back.

I know this is simple, but did you try to lock it and make sure you go through the directions accurately?
If not we'll see what we can do to help.

i did this
i ran the stock sprint rom
then it got setup and all
then i ran the Raphael_CDMA_Relocker.zip
and then went to the bootloader to check if all is good
and on the top it says security unlocked
but on the bottom it says
securirty unlocked
then it shows
raph800
spl-.37
MicroP Hermann ( led) v8c85
MicroP-Hermann (ley) v0685
psoc Rph stage_evt v20

I would not worry about it as I have returned many phones that we unlocked.

but just in general
how come the thing still says security unlocked on the top
i mean the relocker should do the trick
but its not

Are you sure you the lock actually ran? it is the same process as unlocking the phone.

When you buy a new TP and go to the bootloader screen it will say "Security Unlocked".. As long as it does not say CMONEX anywhere in the bootloader... then its re-locked.

From what I've read, all Touch Pro's will say 'Security Unlocked'. If you read on the unlocking forum here...

And, to quote cmonex in the unlocking post that is linked...

"7) to confirm you got it installed, go into bootloader mode (tricolour screen!) and verify the screen shows 0.35.CMONEX or 0.37.CMONEX (or 0.25.CMONEX MFG)."...

meaning, whether or not your device says 'security unlocked', as long as it doesn't say the above numbers/name, then you have nothing to worry about, from my understanding. Just like the guy below said.

ive sent back phones with dif roms and havnt had any pproblems i sent my 6700 with a dif rom and my 6800 they dont look at it they throw it in a box and thats it

even when its brand-spankin-new, it will say that on top, meaning, RELAX, I am sure that the relocker did the trick!
