Arcsoft MMS 5.0.82.79 From Sprint With Threading MMS - Page 6

Nevermind no hard reset was needed. I was able to fully uninstall previous version of Arcsoft. What I did was reinstall orig Sprint Picturemail that is available via software upgrade on Powerdeck. That frees up Arcsoft from being in use. Uninstalled previous version of Arcsoft via remove programs. Phone said program sucessfully uninstalled and required soft reset. SMS/MMS option no longer in Messaging tab. Installed Remove Picturemail & Arcsoft cab. Installed new version of Arcsoft. Everything working great. Thanks again Jamin!

I get the message later at random times, even though I haven't sent any MMS, and it isn't going away now... All my MMS send immediately, which is awesome! I do receive the link, for incoming MMS. Is there any way to get rid of this error? :/

Check your outbox, and your drafts. make sure they are empty.. I wonder if there is a message from an older version of arsoft, or a SMS that it is trying to send that is a dud.

i have a quick question, where are pictures saved at using this program on your phone... I cant find where they are located at all, I have to scroll through like 10 pages of texts and just to click on it and view the hot pictures my girlfriend sends me lol

Haha, thank you. You were right. I had messages in my Outbox AND my Drafts. >_>

I noticed something else, though. I had a previous Archsoft version and it was still showing menus from that, so I just decided to go the fresh route and hard reset. The problem I had before the reset was that the icons in the text area were messed up. They aren't mapped correctly and one of the icons is missing. After the hard reset, the issue is the same.

The white block links to the Smileys. (That's the calender icon, which is missing.)
My Text icon links to Website favorites.
Smiley icons links to My texts.
The favorites icons links to contacts.
The contacts icon links to calender events.

Also, would anyone happen to know how I could make PIE6 view the WAP version of the Picture Mail site? I know this isn't a TP issue, but just thought I'd ask anyway. (The user agent setting maybe?)

I believe the default is in \My Documents\My Pictures but if you use a reg editor and go to HKLM\Software\Arcsoft\Arcsoft MMS UA\Config\Folder

You can look through the values and make them whatever you like.

Confirmed, it only sends pics but does not recieve on a Mogul. But at least it has the ability to send with just a phone number and not to Email. Also it has not given the out of memory error like the stock picture mail app.

Maybe if we see Smms settings for interception we can modify this one and see how that works.

haha thanks i was pretty sure im about to flash back to mighty 4.12 cus 4.14 just keeps locking up on me phone freezes randomly middle of the night its aggrivating lol haha...thanks though ill load this and test it...

Installed it... but when I goto Menu then "New>" no sublist comes down at all and I cant even send a new msg this way.... anyone else have this?

Might sound silly, but did you soft reset between cab installations? Sounds like something didn't install quite right.
