Lost my job

I was let go today and will be losing my connection to the exchange server. I really loved the TouchPro and the interface to Outlook etc.

What do I do now? What about my contacts and can I still use Outlook.

This sucks in so many ways!

I am a great senior level sales/marketing manager in technology field if anyone knows of someone hiring.

The times are rough, and every time I hear something like this is makes me mad because people don't deserve this!

As Mightymike mentioned mail2web.com would be a good route for you.

I feel for you loosing your job, with the state of our economy it's news that is sadly more often heard. If you have those skills, now would be a great time for you to become a technology consultant, I'm sure you have some connections that can become useful, unless you signed a no competitors contract with your former employer, even then I don't think that would have legal grounds ( I don't know because I'm not an attorney, I just watch a bunch of judge shows!)

that sucks man. I took a volutary lay-off last year for 6 weeks. So this year, they fired one of our drivers permanently. Only thing that saved me was that I took the lay-off last year and the other driver was next in line.....
Why can't you just back up your phone (with all contacts still available), then purchase outlook to sync with? That's what I do/use!

Where do you live? I work for a school district in Sugar Land, TX (close to Houston) and we have an outside vendor for all of our hardware. The company is called NWN. The website is www.nwnit.com and they are always getting new sales reps in. I am not sure how national they are but I do believe they service other states besides TX.

I would suggest using PIMbackup to backup your contacts and then switching over to GMail Calendar/contacts for syncing purposes. Seems the right time to make a switch like that. Maybe even you GMail Imap for your email as well.
