I do have TEP, Sprint will have to handle it all regardless since BB only lasts 30 days after purchase, I bought it back on Dec 20... trying to not claim insurance since I hear you gotta do some $50 deductible or something, NO.

Go through a service & repair center if you can, there's no deductable, and i think they may still be sending new Pros. I'm not sure. But I do know it's free!
