Hardware keyboard stopped working

hey did you flash a new radio? my keyboard goes in and out and i just flashed it back to the 1.03 radio and it seems to work perfect now. maybe my phone is just scared to be taken back to sprint for a replacement and is complying with my needs right now

The slideout keyboard rarely works but it still lights up fine.
Should I take it to the Sprint store or does anyone have any ideas on the problem.

happened to me.. I was PIZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZD
I took battery out.. fried device with 12 volt adapter took it back told them eat it.. and I want new one..

and I got new device.. free of charg and no problems second moth so far so good knock on wood
