You can keep them. I did on the last replacement, and I'm going to here, too.

The batteries are cheap, so no big deal... And the stylus? Not even worth shipping really.

They don't need the back cover either, basically all they need is the phone itself. I kept the extra back cover and dyed it black... now I have 3 of them, two in the original color and one in black.

I can't get the screen protector on this one half-***** though, and it's really frustrating. I like the stock screen protector, but I guess I need to find a separate one now, this one is dusty underneath and I know it's impossible to clean.

keep everything except the phone and battery cover.

try soaking it in rubbing alcohol. it works trust me but i take no credit for this!

Yeah I saw that but this will still be a several hour process because the protector is the exact size of the screen so if it's sideways at all as I'm pressing it down, it ends up sticking up in the corners, which also bothers the hell out of me (mostly because the protector then gets caught on stuff as I'm pulling it out of my pocket, and gets broken).

Any other tips for getting it stuck down properly?

I hold it length-wise, and stick the center down first, using the speaker hole as reference, set it down and see how it sits on the edges then pull up a corner and flatten it back down to get all the air out...

But I still can't get it, it's always sitting up in a corner... I spent like four hours last night before I just left it as it is.

Go figure :P That's just my luck.

I do have a few of them around that aren't damaged at all, but they're dusty because they have been sitting. I just need to go get some alcohol I guess, submerge them and scrub them off... When I tried that under water with one of them I just ended up leaving fingerprints on it and by time it dried it had dust on it again.

I wish I had a way to like... sand down the edges ever so little so it would fit on the screen right.

Will do... and now that I've used the phone pretty heavily for a day...

Feb 22nd build date review:

-Bottom keys are 100% flush, FINALLY! It's just the way it's supposed to be
-Center button doesn't sit 100% flush though, unlike early TP's (you can feel the edge of the light ring when you slide your finger over it)
-Light ring still has weird dark spot in the bottom right, between the bottom and right LEDs
-Slide mechanism feels weird, you can hear a plastic piece banging around on the slide
-Keyboard is VERY blue... My earliest TP was most white, and the newer ones I get, the keyboard gets closer and closer to blue... still unevenly lit
-Vibration is very weak... so much so that there is no way in hell I'll feel it vibrating in my pocket
-Screen is very responsive to the edges, very noticably so. There is still some dead space but it takes much less effort to press the edges of the screen

On a side note, my light sensor is messed up too, I think. Lowest light it reads 0 (yay!) and highest light it reads... 21? I can keep making things brighter gradually, and the value will go up smoothly, 600, 700, 800... then it immediately jumps back to 30, then goes down to 21 where it stops. This is -very- annoying and I'm tempted to call in on it because if I step outside into direct sunlight where my phone's screen is hardest to see - even on the brightest setting, the auto backlight adjust then adjusts the backlight to the dimmest setting.

Overall, I'm guessing my light sensor is just defective, the change is positive... despite the weak vibration. No other real issues yet.
