sprint sent me a brand new TP for my Apache. 2 days later they sent a TP for my wifes apache.

For the record: If you get a refurb or a new, it all depends on what we have in the warehouse at the time. If we have no more refurbs, you get a new, simple as that.
Also, you have to have a working phone when you leave the store, so you can do an advanced exchange if your phone is still functional in at least the most basic of capacities.

About a month ago I had a failure in my mogul, traded it in, got a crappy mogul in return. Dropped that one and now have a brand new touch pro. At the store they seemed to think there were not going to be (m)any more mogul's being sent out.
