For the record: If you get a refurb or a new, it all depends on what we have in the warehouse at the time. If we have no more refurbs, you get a new, simple as that.

Also, you have to have a working phone when you leave the store, so you can do an advanced exchange if your phone is still functional in at least the most basic of capacities.
