Yes, it is, but mostly for other reasons: all my all-day appointments become 24-hour appointments after changing the time zone. All of a sudden, my wife's birthday starts at 6AM and goes until 6 the next day. BIG PITA, and it has always been this way with WM. They have never fixed this.

Re: Daylight Savings..... Arizona Update

Well I've had most of the automatic and incorrectly resetting time and readjusted appointment problems mentioned so far. My phone kept resetting to daylight time (which we do not have in AZ) several times an hour, everytime it synced with the tower. When I turned off time-sync in Phone>Settings, the calendar date did not change at midnight. When I woke up this morning, it was still yesterday on my TP. So I called the Sprint Tier 2 Tech number that some kind soul on this forum posted once (1(877) 654-9111 Press #2) and got a guy named Jeff immediately.

He checked it out somewhere for about 10 minutes, came back, and said: It is not a Sprint Problem. It is a Microsoft Problem in Arizona specifically. They are going to issue a patch for it "sometime". Meanwhile, the fix he suggested is to set the time to Pacific Daylight Time manually. I had tried that on Sunday and it screwed up my appointments.

So I tried it again, fixed all my appointments to the right times, test-synchronized a few times with the Sprint tower, and everything seemed stable for a change.

PITA. Double PITA. YMMV.

Re: Daylight Savings.....

So I've now had a couple of Sprint Techs call me asking if this has suddenly fixed itself for me yet. The answer is no. They have told me they are sending my ticket (as well as other tickets for the same issue) back "up the chain" to get it resolved.

Re: Daylight Savings.....

Good luck...I seriously doubt it's anything network related.

Re: Daylight Savings.....

Uggghhh! What a piece of garbage phone. I have manually changed to DST but it keeps switching back to the incorrect time! Now I have to read through more threads to solve ANOTHER touch pro issue. A device should not have this many problems!

Re: Daylight Savings.....

Luckily I don't have many recurring appointments. I guess I can just change their time manually.

found this on the following MS page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958729
I just downloaded and installed this cab. Not only were my appointments and text message times off, but my Home Page clock would automatically move one hour forward to the incorrect time every few days. I would manually change my time to the correct time, and it would change back to the incorrect time again and again.

I guess if this cab doesn't fix things, I'll manually change my clock BACKWARDS 1 hour and hope that my phone automatically changes it one hour forward (this time to the correct time) after a few days.

Ugghh!
