If anyone has an Arizona fix, I would really love to hear about it!
After a lengthy (+1 hour) chat with Sprint about the TP and Arizona DST being incorrect I got this out of them...

"I apologize, please be patient. I am conferring with network engineers.
Sir, it will be 24/48 hours before the towers in your are can be reset. Until then you will need to manually reset the time on your phone. "

Translation: I have no idea what is causing that problem, and have no access to information that would help me figure it out. I need to tell you something that will get you off of my phone and keep my handle time down.

Re: Daylight Savings.....

Hey Ciege,
Thanks for bringing it to their attention.
Looks like we'll have to get used to the manual reset routine.

Re: Daylight Savings.....

Has anyone noticed that their calendar appointment times are 1 hour later than they were before the DST change?

I have a weekly appointment at 11AM that now shows 12PM. WTF?

Re: Daylight Savings.....

When I was trying to adjust my time, some of my appointments went an hour later, others went an hour earlier. lol. I thihk it's part of the reported Sprint tower problem though in my case. When it gets worked out, there will be a lot of calendar and tasklist editing to do.

Re: Daylight Savings.....

If anyone is still having a problem, here's what worked for me:

First, Click on you clock on your home page. Make sure your are set for your PROPER region, not what is giving you the right time as a workaround for this issue. For example, people on the East coast (NY) should be GMT-5 Eastern Time. If you choose anything else or manually adjust the time, your appointments will be off by an hour.

If your time is still not right, then go to the Comm Manager and press the bottom right soft key "Settings" then select "Phone". Choose "Services" on the bottom menu and select "Time Synchronization" then press "Get Settings". Make sure the "Time Sync with mobile network automatically" is Checked and press "Update Now"

That should do the trick.

Re: Daylight Savings.....

My Sprint TP updated fine. I was up so late at night that I even saw the TP give me the notification that it had changed its DST settings. So weird that some people have this problem and others don't. I've never had a problem with DST changes on my Mogul or XV6700 either. DST is stupid anyway.

Re: Daylight Savings.....

My appointments are off by an hour, my time is off by an hour and won't stay correct. I did the stuff in post 48. I do have Galarm and wonder if that is causing the problem. Now time for the 2nd hard reset tonight.
