could you post a pic or describe what you do with the magnet? As I don't have a metal dash, i dont think it would work for me. If it works for you, thats all that matters.

Yo fellas, I have been using this set up since my days with the Mogul,
Only difference it has gotten better since I put a Sprint TP case clip inside on the face of mount with double tape.(yeah it has been holding SOLID since tHE tp CAME OUT) So now my TP can rotate,charge...and whatever else I need it to do..

I ended up getting the ProClip mount for my GTI and Sprint TP. Looks great, snapped right into place, and is very, very sturdy. My only concern is heat build-up (causing the phone not to charge), but that isn't a ProClip issue, per se.
