Works great for me, too... added my thanks. I had a cable from my camcorder laying around, and like others just had to swap red/yellow.

well i cabbed it up but the option menu isnt lined up right, but all options work fine on my end. let me know if it works for u guys...

I just tried this. AND ITS GREAAAT!!!

At first I had sound but no pictures so I tried puttting the YELLOW to WHTIE

and the RED to YELLOW. BAM IT"S PERFECT.

I do have one problem after I get done using it. It stays in landscape for like 2 minutes or even longer sometimes. Any ideas?

Strange. I had no problems last night using it. Did you try running the app someone posted on page 4 of this thread? Pretty much this is what I do.

1. Plug in all my cables
2. Run the app I installed from page 4 (cab was posted)
3. Select the format PAL etc
4. View whatever I want to view.
5. When done, remove all cables.
6. If still stuck in landscape as if you were still connected, navigate to the app from step 2.
7. Launch that app and then it reverts back to normal.

That should help. If it does, don't be afraid to hit that green thanks button.

i doubt it. i believe that is for headphones only. the HTC adapter has 4 different contacts in it where the one you posted probably only has 2.

Yea, but isnt the headphone jack the only thing your using with this hack anyways????
