Wow, Sprint comes through AGAIN! I have always loved them because their customer service far surpasses ANY company i have dealt with in the past. It also helps that ive been a Sprint/Nextel customer for 8 years.
Sprint is offering to send me a refurbished HTC Touch Pro through their "advanced exchange" program for only $55. This is with free shipping, no contract extentions, and no questions asked. Needless to say, ive already ordered my "advanced exchange"! Time to flash my phone back to stock and relock it! Thanks to this site though, i will be flashing the new phone. These ROM's are excellent! Thank you guys for all of your input!

maaaaaan... I'm havin the same problems... i'm finna head to the store adn see if they can give me another one cuz this is some ol' bull****... it just slowly stopped bein the reliable phone it had once been...
and hard reset does nothein... flashing a rom does nothinlll
