Get one of the "anti glare" screen protectors. They have a paper-like texture to them.

I once had a fleeting thought of using IS for the exterior and BodyGuardz for my screen. While I like BodyGuardz on my screen, I find around the body area it tends to get dust under corner parts and I eventually have to cut the dust saturated parts off. (Usually the parts with dust don't stick, so it's easy to pull them up and cut them off.) InvisibleShield didn't seem to get so much dust under parts like the edges of the back cover. But the loss of screen sensitivity was too much.
