Re: zagg invisishield sticky feel?

Wow! Wish I had read this before I bought one from best but tonight.
It sirens sticky and makes gesturing a choir but typing on the on screen keyboard sure is nice.

ings been using the HTC protected angling wore it out so I have no choice but keep it at least until I can get one shipped in to me.

WASTE OF MONEY.....

same here. invisible shield is very unusable. it is too sticky and the texture on there looks like crap. it's very hard to put on and even being very careful, it is still wringling.

i hate this stuff too, even when i got it at 50% off.

there should be a public announcement that this stuff suck big time so other fellow geekers dont waste their hard ern money.

I've got a BestSkinsEver, and while it's really good on the outsode of the phone, I can't stand it on the screen, I'm going to try a martin fields protector.

Re: zagg invisishield sticky feel?

You guys need to check out the Brando screen protectors, try one & you'll never use anything else.

I had IS on my screen for two days & it sucked big time.

Re: zagg invisishield sticky feel?

Wow! My typing skills suck. At least how it comes out ):

After a little bit I'm getting used to the IS.
Pressing down is when it gets sticky, if I can just increase the sensitivity it'll be OK.
If it's tough it might be OK.

It's does have some orange peel but it's not noticible at all when the screen is on.
It was a pain getting it on.

With the Anti-glare is the protector textured? Or is it slick like the ClearTouch ones?

Re: zagg invisishield sticky feel?

been using the IS now for a little over a week. i must say that although the screen does feel a bit sticky, it is still quite useable and doesn't bother me. with the protection it has on the screen, i think it is worth it. it has not altered my hand operations on the screen. the really only downside from my opinion is the the edges of the shield that fold over and sticks on the side, especially the top front and back. i had to use the mini scissors to alter the shape to make it fit. it was my 3rd device i installed using IS or any other type of shield.
looking on my TP the front and back are flawless except for the slight orange peel. hardly visible on the front even when screen is off. only the back is slightly visible.
sides are okay too, only problem is the top 'sides' which i had to alter the shape.
have seen on the youtube vids and users had the the seperate grey triangle shield for the camera but mine didn't, it came in one piece with the back shield. this caused the edges where the grey triangle and the back cover meet have a small 3 lined bubble, but i guess its not fixable since the elevation of the two parts are not the same. have tried holding it down for times but luck. don't bother me too as its not that noticeable also. overall i think its worth the protection, now i don't have to use any other cases.

all above are just my experiences with IS and IMO only

Completely counter-productive on a touch screen.......
What I find interesting, in a funny entertaining sort of way, is how IS being so sticky its harder to use on a touch screen than other screen protectors, but IS marketing plays up the positive aspects of having a sticky screen protector .

Talk about trying to spin a lemon into lemonade!
