Google Sync!
Apologies if this has already been posted, but I'm surprised at how good Google Sync is. I no longer have to worry about third-party things like OggSync for Google Calendar integration - now it just works, and it's pushed to the phone in about 5 seconds. My only question is why didn't they add support for push email? I still need ImapPusherService for that. Other than that, it's excellent, check it out at http://www.google.com/mobile/winmo/sync.html .

Re: Google Sync!
I think there's already a thread on this in the Software forum (just wait for the thread merge ), but remember, Google Sync is just a beta and I would imagine Contacts and Calendar were just the easier of the services to implement quickly. You can bet they're most likely working on Push mail.

I wish mine would work...It stops at 100 out of 288. Would be nice if they post some 6.1 instructions...Any suggestions?

Re: Google Sync!
The only problem with seven (besides the international SMS) is that the e-mail doesn't show in the preview envelope on TF3D.
I'm now using Hotmail, it works well for me (I would love GMail in html format via activesync, though). |
